The work I did was volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. We prepared food for families who have children in the hospital. The challenges was seeing making sure the food was done on time and seeing the kids being sick. The highlight was serving them and seeing a smile on there face. What I gained from this was a good experience and knowledge. Another Volunteer that I did was read to little kids from CEC. I got involved because i thought it would be a nice and just a good thing to do. Some challenges was getting some of the kids to pay attention but we got there and did good. Some highlights of doing this work was being with the kids and interacting with them. Something that I gained from this was the experience of being a preschool teacher. A work experience i have is when I work at Wendy´s. The thing I do at Wendy´s is kind of a little bit of everything like grill, register, drive-thru, and more. I got involved because I needed money. Some challenges I had was learning everything and some customers. The costumers is a challenge because they be giving you attitude but we have to make sure are costumers are satisfied. Some highlights was working with my coworkers helping me do better and the money. Something that I gained was the responsibility of working and doing what you have to do. This whole experience has shaped me as a person by making me mature and realizing this can help me in the future. I feel like having experience at a young age is a good way for them to at least have some knowledge. This can help me in my future goals for being a nurse or in the army with team working and more. These volunteer works has given me good experience and good life skills.
